About The Position

Our Sales Development Representatives are the first impression of Weave — the team that connects with small businesses and helps them discover the power of our all-in-one communication platform. As an SDR, you’ll build curiosity, spark interest, and set demos that start meaningful relationships with future customers. This position will be in hybrid. M-W in office/Th-F flexible M-F in office during first 90 days

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drive to start a career in SaaS sales.
• Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls with specific targets for number of daily calls and demos set per month.
• Build interest in the Weave platform and qualify prospects for demos.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
• Keep accurate records of leads and progress in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with teammates to share tactics and celebrate success.
