We’re looking for a motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our U.S.-based remote team. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role within a sales-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in competitive environments.
  • Exceptional communicator with sharp presentation and negotiation skills — you build trust fast and close faster.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable — thriving both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI prospecting tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience in an eCommerce agency or digital marketing/web development environment.
  • Comfortable working within structured sales frameworks and Sales Playbooks, and contributing to their evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Run a proven multi-touch sales process, and optimize it through testing, feedback, and performance data
  • Diagnose prospect challenges fast, build trust, and position Optimum7 as the strategic growth partner.
  • Multi-channel outreach: Leverage LinkedIn, email, phone calls, Zoom, and other platforms to engage new opportunities and nurture leads.
  • Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to strengthen your messaging and approach.
  • Drive pipeline growth: Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads across channels, from cold outreach to warm follow-ups.
  • Collaborate to convert: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and unlock new opportunity segments.
  • Own your metrics: Track activity, identify bottlenecks, and iterate fast to outperform targets.
