As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Case Status, you’ll be on the front lines driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential law firm customers. You’ll connect with attorneys, firm administrators, and operations leaders to uncover their pain points and introduce how Case Status can simplify their client communications and transform their business.You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to build pipeline and execute targeted outreach strategies. The purpose of the Sales Development Representative role is to: Generate a qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, helping to generate revenue. Develop, prepare and train, new quota-carrying Account Executives for Case Status. As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for contacting leaders and executives in the legal industry and your focus is helping leaders gain an understanding of how to transform their business with Case Status technology so that they can effectively communicate and serve their clients. You identify key decision makers and/or key influencers You understand the impact our software platform has on our legal customers and prospects You articulate to prospects how our platform can help their organizations grow their revenue and become much more efficient. You will work other with teammates, have the opportunity to strategize, and plan out creative methods to generate more business A Day in the Life Discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests, attending conference, establishing partnerships and target outbound prospects through ZoomInfo and Outreach to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate new prospect accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings. Work closely with our Marketing team to execute on personalized outreach campaigns Attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.

  • 6+ months of experience with sales and SaaS B2B software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Self-disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
