About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to help grow a specialized division within our real estate company focused on high-service client transitions. This role is centered on building professional relationships, developing referral partnerships, and generating new business opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up. This is not a traditional real estate sales role. Success in this position comes from creating strong networks and consistently producing opportunities—not chasing individual transactions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach
  • Organized and able to track and manage activity consistently
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to meet performance expectations
  • Real estate license not required (opportunity available later)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with local professionals and referral partners
  • Conduct daily in-person outreach and networking activities
  • Present company services to potential referral sources
  • Generate new business opportunities through consistent follow-up
  • Track all activity, contacts, and progress in CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to convert opportunities into active clients
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed performance goals
