About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and enhance our sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing, data analytics, and campaign management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a similar marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute demand generation strategies that align with our business goals and target audience. Focus on generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and paid media.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to engage and convert leads into customers. Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, create targeted messaging, and track engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of leads. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling marketing materials.
