About The Position

Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This role is crucial for driving new business acquisition and re-engaging lapsed customers. As the initial point of contact for potential clients, the SDR will play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals, focusing on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Inside sales experience preferred
  • Industry or product knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts
  • Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process
  • Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system
  • Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes
  • Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification
