Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business acquisition and re-engage lapsed customers. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals. This position focuses on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication. What You’ll Do Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts. Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives. Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process. Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system. Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes. Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification. Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Inside sales experience preferred, but not required. Industry or product knowledge is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required We have the 4 C’s that make your job a career!
