About The Position

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in a sales, SDR, or lead generation role; SaaS or legal tech experience is a plus.
Sales Mindset: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound activity and KPIs.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
Tech Fluency: Comfortable using HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and other digital outreach tools.
Startup Readiness: Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Team Collaboration: A reliable, resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
Follow up on inbound leads and schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Directors and Account Executives.
Research and identify key decision-makers at law firms and tailor outreach accordingly.
Maintain a high volume of activity while delivering personalized communication that resonates with prospects.
Qualify prospects based on their needs, timeline, and fit for our platform.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize account targeting and optimize outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity in our CRM and sales engagement tools.
Continuously improve messaging, scripts, and outreach campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Attend virtual and in person events, conferences and webinars to engage potential clients and represent the brand.
