About The Position

Dynasty Financial Partners is a leading provider of technology and services to some of the largest and most sophisticated independent financial advisors in the United States. Dynasty has built a firm-within-a-firm to solve the problem of connecting high net worth consumers with financial advisors that are best equipped to meet their needs – Dynasty Connect. We are seeking an individual to join the firm as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR is an outgoing, well-spoken individual who will drive lead flow, qualify and nurture prospects, and manage a sales pipeline for Dynasty Connect. To be a successful SDR, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. You should be detailed-oriented and be able to manage your time well. You should be a quick study in becoming conversational on a variety of topics and be comfortable in sales situations regarding those topics. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Sales experience – preferably with a high-volume product or service
  • Cold-calling and lead nurturing experience
  • Experience using CRM and/or sales enablement software
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting
  • Work in-office 5-days a week
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience gathering, interpreting, and acting on sales data and KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold-calling or responding to inbound inquiries
  • Manage a sales cycle with high fidelity data and reporting; utilize – and help improve – CRM for sales management
  • Move leads through the sales cycle, nurture prospect relationships, arranging follow-up calls & meetings, and ultimately hand off warm prospects to be closed
  • Update and manage all sales activities in CRM
  • Build a technical proficiency in using Dynasty’s marketing and sales tools
  • Be a team player within Dynasty Connect and wear different hats depending on the needs of the business
  • Develop and hone a script for calls with customers that captures essential demographics to build strategic lead profiles
