Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or behavioral health industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume inbound inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach.
  • Expertise in managing a large volume of relationships with prospective candidates and moving them efficiently through the recruitment funnel.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing demands, and stay ahead of recruitment targets.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring all candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical requirements are met.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize recruitment efforts effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and resilience are essential.
  • Additionally, we expect all team members to effectively leverage modern AI technologies as part of their everyday workflow, and to continuously adapt as new tools emerge. Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or other industry-standard AI productivity tools is expected and considered essential for success at this company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a steady pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to attract and engage licensed therapy providers.
  • Lead outbound prospecting through email and cold-call campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity across phone, email, and social channels, with accountability to daily and weekly metrics.
  • Screen and qualify prospective providers based on licensure, education, and clinical experience requirements.
  • Collect, verify, and document provider credentials (including NPI and CAQH) to support credentialing and onboarding.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including next steps and follow-ups to maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective providers, delivering a thoughtful and professional recruitment experience.
  • Partner closely with the credentialing team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to active provider status.
  • Contribute to team growth by participating in interviews, sharing best practices, and supporting the onboarding of new SDRs.
  • Own individual performance goals by tracking results, seeking feedback, and continuously improving outreach strategies.
