About The Position

We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate quality pipeline for Impart Security's innovative application protection solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll identify and engage promising prospects, initiate meaningful conversations about our security products, and create opportunities that drive our growth. Your Impact Serve as the critical first point of contact for potential customers discovering Impart's unique security approach Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outreach Create the foundation for successful customer relationships through thoughtful, informed initial engagement Provide valuable market intelligence to help refine our product and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly
  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably within cloud-native, cybersecurity, or DevOps sectors
  • Conversational understanding of key technology concepts including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and modern development practices
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation with a resourceful approach to challenges
  • Adaptability to coaching while maintaining the independence needed in a fast-growing environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and dialer platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through multi-channel outreach including personalized cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic social media engagement
  • Articulate Impart's value proposition persuasively to secure meetings with qualified prospects
  • Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to the sales team, ensuring proper handoffs and meeting attendance
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records to support accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Partner with the sales team to continually optimize outreach strategies and messaging
  • Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams based on prospect interactions
  • Represent Impart at industry events to expand our network and identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to the evolution of our sales development playbook as we scale
