About The Position

Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department. This position is based on-site at our office in Tampa, FL. Our Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and driving revenue for the company’s suite of SaaS and Cloud software solutions. The SDR prospects new clients, from mid-market to small businesses, building key relationships and knowledge about their business while articulating product value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer.
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition.
  • Highly intelligent, driven, and collaborative, with a strong passion for achieving results.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to change.
  • Responds well to and seeks out feedback to improve sales performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SaaS or Cloud Solution sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SalesLoft and ZoomInfo is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts high volume prospecting for qualified leads (a minimum of 100 calls and emails per day).
  • Educates prospective clients on company products and services.
  • Builds honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers.
  • Helps potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value.
  • Works with and collaborates with the company's Sales Executives.
  • Schedules demos for Sales Executives.
  • Generates and maintains expert knowledge of the product, industry, competition, market happenings, and trends.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly sales opportunities and meetings scheduled goals.
  • Consistently uses Salesforce to log activity.
