About The Position

We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives revenue growth by generating high-quality opportunities by engaging decision makers at enterprise and midmarket companies. The SDR creates new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, timely inbound lead follow-up, and targeted email campaigns, the SDR identifies new prospects, nurtures relationships, and secures qualified meetings that fuel business growth. The SDR Team at Sectigo is a pivotal component to the success of our business. This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Scottsdale, Arizona office at least 3-4 days a week. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field of experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience ideally in a high-velocity sales and/or customer-facing environment is required.
  • Willingness to take and apply feedback, work hard, think creatively, while being an engaging team player is required.
  • Strong motivation to be in sales is required.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of how to use AI to increase efficiency is strongly recommended.
  • Current and/or prior experience with the use of modern-day sales tools, such as Gong, Salesloft, Salesforce, Intensify, etc. is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentable communication skills.
  • Proven experience with cold calling is strongly preferred.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines while driving team results.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound sales inquiries for the International and Enterprise Sales teams.
  • Fuel the top-of-the-funnel with lead/opportunity generation for account executives and sales managers to meet sales quota via various tools and resources, such as LinkedIn, direct cold calling, targeted cold emailing, etc.
  • Update and manage CRM hygiene on leads, opportunities, and accounts while completing prospecting activities.
  • Research target demographics, economic trends and customer pain points that can be used to create interest in Sectigo’s products and services for net new businesses.
  • Assist the marketing team’s lead generation efforts via targeted campaigns combining elements of phone, email and network outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Study each product offered by Sectigo to educate and inform customers of use case and specifications; Understand how to position & upsell additional products.
  • Assist in Conferences, events etc. across the business where relevant.
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
