About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Sales Development Representative with a focus on initiating and cultivating strategic partnerships. Proven ability to drive demand generation and foster meaningful engagement with consultants, specifiers, and end-users. Skilled in aligning outreach efforts with the goals of senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business development and market expansion. Adept at coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to support complex projects, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to long-term growth. Committed to continuous learning and collaboration to support the Director of A&E in executing HID Global's strategic vision and strengthening partnerships across the A&E ecosystem.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the company operates.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to close deals on favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Reaching out to potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services.
  • Working on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Preparing regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Setting and achieving challenging business development targets.
