As a Sales Development Representative at Vendasta, you are the first point of contact for inbound leads—playing a crucial role in driving pipeline growth and shaping the client journey from the very first touchpoint. You’ll engage with SMBs to uncover their needs, align them with Vendasta’s digital solutions, and book qualified onboarding or sales consultations within tight timelines. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized under pressure, and hungry to meet (and exceed) daily activity goals. Working in-office from our Boca Raton location, you’ll use AI-enabled tools and structured workflows to accelerate your performance and deliver value at every step.

  • Handle 25–30 inbound, lead-generated calls per day, qualifying prospects through structured discovery and booking meetings within 24–48 hours.
  • Use guided talk tracks and AI-powered objection-handling tools to manage calls efficiently, aiming for an average call time of 12 minutes or less.
  • Consistently book 4–5 qualified handoff meetings daily to maintain strong pipeline momentum.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records using AI-generated summaries and follow-up templates.
  • Ensure meeting quality by aligning bookings with fit criteria and rebooking missed consultations.
  • Adapt messaging based on product knowledge and AI-powered customer insights related to online listings, reviews, and advertising.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales workflows and AI prompts, contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales strategies and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, excited to use AI tools to maximize performance.
