About The Position

Sales Development Representatives drive growth and industry impact at re:Members. Associates support the powerful products on which hundreds of non-profit organizations and their hundreds of thousands of users rely. Our vision is to provide powerful solutions that help our non-profit clients improve the world.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role including prospecting for new customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools (ex: Gong), and social media platforms (ex: LinkedIn) for outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from re:Members software
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects and introduce them to re:Members solutions
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with re:Members offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
