Eliassen Group's Sales Development Program is an 18-week immersive training initiative designed for individuals looking to start a career in sales. The program focuses on the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, equipping participants with essential skills in communication, research, marketing, and technology. Participants will engage in a mix of classroom instruction, hands-on experiences, and mentorship, ultimately preparing them for a successful transition to an Account Executive role.

  • Setting meetings with current and prospective clients for leaders or mentors to gain exposure to the industry.
  • Shadowing experienced professionals to learn the flow of business and sales processes.
  • Building connections and developing relationships throughout the program.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • High energy and an aptitude for learning new sales practices and technology trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High-level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
