Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role (SaaS or industrial exposure is a plus).
  • Strong curiosity about technology - especially AI, SaaS, or digital transformation in industrial environments.
  • Confidence speaking with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills - you can craft concise, relevant outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.
  • Resilience and persistence - you understand that enterprise sales requires patience and thoughtful follow-up.
  • A growth mindset and desire to build a long-term career in tech sales.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target OEMs, manufacturers, and service organizations where findIQ’s AI knowledge platform can create measurable value.
  • Build and execute thoughtful outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) tailored to industrial stakeholders - not generic sequences.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations focused on operational challenges, workforce knowledge gaps, and digital initiatives.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs with clear context and insights.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline tracking with discipline and accuracy. (Salesforce)
  • Continuously refine messaging by collaborating with marketing and sales leadership based on real customer conversations.
