About The Position

Join the Snowflake team as a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who speaks Spanish or Portuguese. This entry-level role offers a dedicated growth path and training to become a great technical sales professional. SDRs will work closely with Inside Sales to generate leads and build customer pipelines, playing a critical role in the growth of the organization. The team collaborates with sales and marketing to identify target prospects and customers, responsible for lead nurturing and setting qualified discovery calls that lead to new business.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and software sales.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships (both internal and external) and excel at building long-lasting partnerships with prospective customers.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing company environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Resourcefulness and a collaborative, coachable attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, taking the initiative to get tasks done, try new approaches, and share findings with the team.
