We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Entry Level to join our sales team and help drive new business opportunities. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for our marketing agency. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn sales fundamentals, gain exposure to the marketing and retail industries, and grow in a fast-paced environment. As an SDR, you will focus on prospecting, outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers at organizations that could benefit from our marketing services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident phone presence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn sales best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of marketing services (digital, social, creative, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, or email automation tools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities within a CRM system and organize follow ups.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on agency offerings, client case studies, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
