As the Sales Development Team Lead, you’ll play a dual role: managing and coaching our SDRs while actively contributing to pipeline growth through your own prospecting efforts.   • Lead, coach, and support a team of SDRs to consistently exceed qualified meeting and pipeline goals
  • Provide real-time coaching, call reviews, and feedback to elevate SDR performance
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and track KPIs, performance benchmarks, and career development plans
  • Help onboard and train new SDRs, instilling best practices and company values from day one
  • Partner with marketing and sales to align outbound campaigns, messaging, and target account strategies
  • Act as a cultural and motivational leader on the team—fostering accountability, curiosity, and resilience
  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through personalized outreach
  • Build relationships with cybersecurity decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Communicate Cyderes’ value in a compelling way tailored to different personas (CISOs, tech leads, etc.)
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo to manage your outreach and dataStay up to date on cybersecurity trends and customer challenges to enhance conversations and outreach strategy
  • 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role—preferably in tech or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving results through outbound sales motions
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal team leadership a plus)
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage both personal prospecting and team oversight
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership careerPassion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
