About The Position

Ally Waste, a fast-growing and nationally recognized premium provider of waste support services (valet trash, bulk trash removal, waste leveling) is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. With over 10 years of experience, we are committed to delivering exceptional waste support services to apartment complexes across the country, guided by our core values of family, integrity, grit, humility, exceed, and no-jerks. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving Ally Waste's growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, building strong relationships with property and regional managers, and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and outreach through other channels to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage initial outreach to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and service reviews for the sales team with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach and pipeline progress.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Represent Ally Waste's core values in all interactions with potential clients.
