Lucra powers a white-label gamification platform that helps sports, entertainment, and competitive-social brands drive engagement and incremental revenue through challenges, tournaments, leaderboards, and rewards. We work with leading brands across golf, racquet sports, and entertainment, and we’re entering a major growth phase as we scale partnerships and expand our sales motion. We’re looking for a rockstar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel Lucra’s next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound, enjoys the hustle required to get in touch with different targets, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping pipeline and revenue at an fast-growth company. You’ll work closely with our sales and partnerships team to identify high-value target accounts, run thoughtful outbound campaigns, and generate qualified meetings that turn into long-term partners.
