About The Position

You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are eager to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity to their clients. You’ll master how to build and nurture relationships within the MSP channel, gaining hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders while paving your path to become a top-performing Account Executive. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in-office), giving you the best of both worlds: real collaboration, mentorship, and a winning sales culture that rewards hustle, learning, and results.

Requirements

  • Experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn and in person at events, you know how to personalize and stand out.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills, comfortable navigating tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment.
  • Motivated go-getter who is looking to scale their sales career fast.
  • Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus, curiosity and grit are musts.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Engage: Drive outbound outreach: cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn, to connect with high-potential MSPs.
  • Qualify & Convert: Run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads using proven frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with Account Executives to build strong pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win.
  • Leverage Tools: Own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach.
  • Drive Results: Meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve.
