About The Position

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact with potential customers, driving the growth of a high-performing sales organization. You will research leads, initiate conversations, and qualify prospects to create opportunities for the sales team. The role requires balancing a high volume of outreach with attention to detail, providing insights into client needs, and contributing to the refinement of lead generation strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 months–1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in documenting and reporting
  • Positive attitude and ability to work at a fast pace
  • Demonstrated interest in advancing within a sales organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and assess their needs to suggest appropriate products
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
  • Utilize tools such as SalesForce, Outreach.io, email, and cold calling to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek and research new business opportunities in the market
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of lead progress and sales activity
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the lead generation process
