About The Position

Atom.com is on a mission to reimagine the future of naming. We've built a powerful domain marketplace and branding platform. But we’re not here to do more of the same—we’re building a platform from the ground up, powered by AI, brand-first thinking, and a deep understanding of what founders and domain investors actually need to power their business. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new SaaS partnership opportunities. This role is critical for building pipeline, connecting with prospective partners, and helping leadership expand Atom’s reach in the SaaS ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar outbound-focused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with high-activity outreach and prospecting in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Interest or background in SaaS, partnerships, or B2B sales is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building prospecting sequences across multiple channels.
  • Previous success generating qualified meetings for leadership or closing teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS partnership ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Generate New Partnership Opportunities – Identify, research, and engage potential SaaS partners to create a robust pipeline.
  • Outbound Outreach – Conduct high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, with consistent follow-ups.
  • Qualify Leads – Understand partner needs and qualify prospects before scheduling meetings for leadership.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Track Metrics & Performance – Maintain accurate activity records, pipeline data, and reporting to meet and exceed KPIs.
