At Vestwell, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our range of financial wellness products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales methodology and excels at engaging new clients through high volume calls and call cadences, driving qualification, urgency and intent, and creating effective sales meetings for sales closers that optimize prospect conversion. SDRs at Vestwell have the potential for promotion into a closing role within 6-12 months, contingent on their performance and quota attainment.
