About The Position

At Coderio, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset and a strong understanding of the tech market. You will be responsible for identifying ideal clients (ICP) and generating qualified meetings for our sales team through your network. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or in similar roles.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation and meetings with decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the software engineering outsourcing market.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (clear, concise, and persuasive messaging).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn with an active network and broad audience.
  • Hunter mindset and strong results orientation (performance-based compensation).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in outsourcing or technology consulting companies.
  • Experience working with remote and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients that fit our ICP, with a focus on the U.S. and Mexican markets.
  • Expand and leverage your network to initiate strategic conversations and generate interest in our services.
  • Secure and schedule high-value meetings with directors, senior managers, and technology leaders.
  • Create and optimize B2B LinkedIn campaigns aligned with Coderio’s brand.
  • Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune the approach, messaging, and prospecting strategy.
