The SDR role will be calling leads who signed up for a free trial with Connecteam. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in the North America region. Supporting the pipeline growth for the Account Executive team. Daily tasks will include researching and engaging with potential prospects, initiating outreach through multiple channels, setting up and leading discovery calls, and managing lead follow-up. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on ideal customer profiles and messaging.
