We’re looking for a high-velocity Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on the phone and knows how to get attention fast. This isn’t passive outreach you’ll be hammering the dialer, breaking through gatekeepers, and booking meetings daily with decision-makers in the U.S. construction industry. You’ll use Apollo.io and Elto (parallel dialer) to run outbound campaigns at scale targeting general contractors, subcontractors, and trade businesses across the U.S. If you’ve got thick skin, a sales-first mindset, and the hunger to consistently hit call and meeting targets, this is your shot to grow with a U.S.-based team that rewards performance not promises.
