The Sophos SDR Internship is a 10-week hybrid program designed to provide students with real-world experience in technology sales. Interns will work closely with our Sales Development team to learn the ins and outs of the cybersecurity sales cycle, while building the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a high-growth B2B environment.   • Complete onboarding and sales enablement training focused on cybersecurity and Sophos solutions
  • Shadow SDRs and observe real client interactions, sales calls, and product demos
  • Participate in a performance-based contest designed to develop lead generation and outreach skills
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
  • Generate and qualify leads, contribute to pipeline development, and set meetings for account executives
  • Receive consistent coaching, feedback, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders
  • Present internship outcomes and celebrate achievements with the SDR team
  • A current undergraduate student with a strong interest in sales and business development
  • An excellent communicator with a proactive, competitive, and coachable mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and navigating a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Available to work in the Dallas office 3 days per week throughout the 10-week program
