About The Position

SOCRadar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) – MSSP Focus to join our US team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and identifying opportunities to expand SOCRadar’s footprint within this critical partner ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building the sales pipeline, and helping MSSPs understand how SOCRadar can support their customers with advanced cyber threat intelligence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, SaaS, threat intelligence, and MSSP operating models.
  • MSSP experience is required — must have worked directly with MSSPs (as part of a vendor, partner, or in an MSSP business).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the value proposition and create interest in complex solutions, using consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions and changing priorities within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research MSSP prospects within the US market through channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct initial qualification of MSSPs to assess alignment with SOCRadar’s target partner profile and value proposition.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and business value of SOCRadar’s platform to MSSP prospects, acting as a trusted advisor in early-stage conversations.
  • Develop strong relationships with MSSP decision-makers, including executives, technical leaders, and service delivery managers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and qualified MSSP opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Channel Managers to hand off qualified MSSP opportunities and align on strategic campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on MSSP market trends, service models, and competitive offerings to effectively position SOCRadar.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and qualified opportunity targets within the MSSP ecosystem.
  • Build deep knowledge of SOCRadar’s platform and services, MSSP business models, and cybersecurity industry developments.
