You must be willing and able to work out of one of these locations to qualify. This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students. It is not available for any work sponsorship. Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May-August 2026 and June-September 2026. Your Future Team Our Sales Development interns partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to drive projects that build the sales pipeline. You will report to a Sales Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Strategy, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar program
  • Experience in project or group management

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for projects surrounding SDR prospecting efforts
  • Successful creation and analysis of value-driven messaging and persona identification
  • AI initiatives that fuel the SDR engine
  • Fun projects to drive the Atlassian culture, collaboration, and pipeline
  • Collaboration with the account teams and key stakeholders.
