Trace3 is looking for a summer intern to be part of the Sales Development team under Public Sector. This is a paid summer internship beginning on May 1st and ending mid-August. As a summer intern, you will develop a skill set you'll be able to take with you, as well as experience Trace3's unique culture.   • Learning and executing on the day-to-day duties of the SDRs (Sales Development Reps)
  • Developing an understanding and working knowledge of our systems and tools
  • Assisting with customer and account management through quoting, ordering, and order management
  • Evaluating and actively working on new requests from customers, helping the sales teams with ongoing workload
  • Collaborating with team members to learn best practices in Sales and Sales Operations in the IT world
  • Working directly with end users to help understand requirements and provide prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in industry and OEM trainings and webinars to further IT and Sales Knowledge
  • Collaborates with team members to support the business objectives of the team
  • Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program focusing on business administration or relevant field
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and excited to learn
  • Organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to exceed expectations and maintain a good attitude
