We are rapidly growing and looking to add talented and passionate people to our Customer Inbound Sales Development team! This is a unique role focused on growing and selling into Zoominfo's existing customer base. Your job will be to field customer requests, uncover pain points and help generate upsell opportunities that grow our customer accounts. While you will be working with customers, this is not a customer service or support role. You will be tasked with selling and engaging with customers on a daily basis. Assuming successful, you will progress into roles where you will be expected to cold call prospects who may not be aware of Zoominfo.

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from current customers to build pipeline for our Account Managers
  • Lead with curiosity and ask thoughtful discovery questions to identify gaps, goals, and opportunities
  • Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating customers on how our full suite of solutions can solve challenges across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify strategic expansion opportunities
  • Build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
