As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, primarily through cold calling. Your role will involve introducing our sales engineers and coordinating product demo sessions, ensuring that leads are engaged and informed throughout the process. You will also be tasked with answering basic product inquiries, articulating the value of our platform, and following up with existing customers to generate referrals.
