About The Position

This is an entry-level business development role focused on lead generation and early-stage client engagement within the dental staffing space. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the broader Business Development team to support pipeline growth while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle in a dental staffing environment.

Requirements

  • Dental sales experience strongly preferred, particularly experience calling on dental practices or DSOs
  • Exposure to healthcare staffing or dental staffing business development preferred
  • Hands-on experience in prospecting, qualification, and client engagement
  • Ongoing collaboration with experienced Business Development professionals
  • At least two years of sales experience preferred — including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, and Cold Calling
  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to pursue and generate leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation efforts within an assigned 2–5 state territory focused on dental practices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs)
  • Conduct outbound outreach to dental practice owners, office managers, administrators, and DSO leadership to understand hiring needs and recruiting priorities
  • Qualify prospective dental clients and schedule introductory calls, webinars, and in-person meetings for senior Business Development team members
  • Assist with coordinating webinars and follow-up activities with prospective dental clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups within the CRM
  • Provide timely communication and handoff of qualified leads to the broader Business Development team
