About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is a rapidly expanding family-owned company based in Northern Virginia, having grown from 0 to 8 figures in revenue in under 3 years. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to join our team and leverage their sales experience in an industry with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Excellence in customer relationship management
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Strong technical aptitude and CRM expertise
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellence in data-driven decision making
• Proven sales methodology experience

• Experience in the construction or roofing industry
• Familiarity with drone technology for inspections
