  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Identify and engage HR and Legal decision makers at mid-size and enterprise-level companies
  • Qualify leads based on need, timing, and budget, then book discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaign execution and persona targeting
  • Use our sales tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,etc.) to maximize reach and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in HubSpot
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity goals and pipeline creation targets
