The Sales Development Program focuses on enhancing sales performance through automated learning paths, structured coaching, and skills development. You will engage in activities such as video role plays, simulated sales scenarios, and field ride-alongs to build your confidence in handling various situations. The program also incorporates analytics to provide real-time visibility into achievements and measure capabilities, while gamification elements like leaderboards and badges will keep you motivated. You will have access to sales tools and leverage artificial intelligence to maximize engagement and proficiency in your role. In this position, you will be responsible for qualifying and quantifying the needs of our existing customer base using our CRM program, SalesForce.com, and persuasive selling techniques. You will validate and collect primary decision maker's contact information and customer needs for future sales and marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will leverage marketing and sales tools to identify and sell to new customers, recover declining and dormant customers, and support branch operations. Your role will also involve coordinating with various branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicating field issues to branch personnel. Negotiating prices on equipment rentals and sales in accordance with pricing policies will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with driving customer engagement to local events and promotions.
