About The Position

The summer Sales Development Program Summer Internship provides a valuable opportunity to actively contribute to Siemens’ sales and marketing initiatives. Based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with potential assignments across the US, interns will engage in special projects and support the team by promoting Siemens’ products, solutions, and services to clients in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors. This internship is designed to serve as a direct pathway into the full-time Sales Development Program (SDP), which launches in January and July every year. The program is aimed at innovative and proactive individuals who thrive on tackling challenges and discovering effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical school, college, or university
  • Willingness to relocate and travel as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for company or school sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Gaining a deep understanding of Siemens’ legacy, organizational structure, product offerings, systems, tools, and internal processes
  • Exploring industry dynamics, including go-to-market strategies and channel partnerships
  • Developing networking skills with peers and leadership while applying proven sales methodologies
  • Learning key sales skills, processes, and tools
  • Engaging in a collaborative, team-based environment alongside fellow trainees

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $27 - $30 per hour
