In the Sales Development Program (SDP) at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization to promote and sell Siemens' innovative products, solutions, and services to customers in the industrial markets. This program is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level positions in sales, engaging with end customers, integrators, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) either directly or through distribution partners. The SDP program focuses on enhancing an individual's strengths in business, communications, information systems management, engineering, technology, and professional selling. Participants will receive hands-on education from industry-leading professionals through modern classroom training, joint customer development, and field experience. The Siemens SDP program equips students with the necessary tools for today's business practices in Industrial Sales. Your responsibilities will include understanding the rich history of Siemens and its values, learning about the various business units, and gaining insights into the industrial markets and the channels used to serve them. You will undergo core selling skills training, familiarize yourself with key sales processes and tools, and establish both internal and external business relationships.
