Go beyond the ordinary—Autonomy, creativity, and a culture that celebrates experimentation. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our global Sales Development function. This role will inherit an established team of 2 SDRs in the UK and be responsible for building and managing a new US-based team of 2 to 3 SDRs, with room to grow the team. This is a fully remote role based on the US Eastern Time Zone. Your success will be measured by team performance, pipeline impact, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a people-first SDR leader who thrives in coaching, building repeatable outbound motion, and partnering cross-functionally to drive pipeline at scale.

  • Comfortable leading remote, distributed teams across time zones
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented
  • Clear, confident communicator who builds credibility with reps and stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, adaptable, and energized by building scalable systems—not heroics

  • Partner with Talent and Sales leadership to ensure consistent hiring quality
  • Design onboarding that ramps reps quickly and sets them up for long-term success
  • Outbound Strategy & Execution
  • Own the SDR pipeline motion, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generation
  • Build and refine outbound processes, messaging, and cadences
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Operational Excellence
  • Define and track key SDR metrics across activity, pipeline, and conversion
  • Use data to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement
