About The Position

We are looking for a leader who can help us expand and coach a team of world class Sales Development Representatives. As a growing team we need a team player who can help us meet and exceed our quotas while developing and mentoring their team. This team supports our sales organization by scheduling product demonstrations through outbound phone and email prospecting on our database of Tax and Accounting firms. These appointments are crucial to helping our sales team identify and close sales opportunity. In this opportunity as Sales Development Team Manager, you will: Take ownership of leading and coaching a team that can meet and exceed monthly demo quotas Communicate weekly updates to Sales Directors and other stakeholders within the company Administer performance management conversations and review demos scheduled to ensure quality Utilize and optimize the team’s use of sales automation tools such as (but not limited to) ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to make sure the team is aligned with the strategy of the organization Create a productive and fun team culture through sales contests and team activities What does Success Look Like In this role success looks like: Team achieves 100% of their demo targets, both scheduled and completed Team is excited to help one another and our clients be successful Key stakeholders are regularly updated on team progress/performance You brainstorm new and innovative ways to increase results About You You’re a fit for the role of Sales Development Manager if you: Bring an innovative and people focused approach to leadership Have experience leading and coaching a sales team Can co-create and hold team-members accountable to personalized sales goals Strong understanding or experience in the Tax and Accounting Industry Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly and teach others #LI-TV1

Responsibilities
