As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting real sales initiatives while learning directly from experienced sales professionals across Visa’s Digital and Enterprise Sales teams. Throughout the summer, you’ll build foundational sales skills, deepen your understanding of Visa’s products and clients, and contribute to meaningful work that drives pipeline growth and customer engagement. You’ll receive structured support, training, mentorship, and feedback to help you grow professionally and make an impact. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in learning sessions, networking events, and exposure opportunities that provide insight into Visa’s sales organization and how we operate at global scale. At the end of the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to present your work and learnings to sales leaders. Summer Interns are considered for full-time opportunities based on their internship performance with highly successful interns receiving full-time offers to join Visa’s two-year Sales Development Program (SDP). The SDP is a structured rotational program designed to build world-class sales capabilities through formal training, hands-on experience, and long-term career pathways across Sales, Product, and Account Management.
