About The Position

We're looking for Sales Development Interns for our office in Alpharetta, GA. This is a part-time internship for Fall 2025. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base. We're seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Sales Development Interns to work in tandem with our Sales Development team to identify qualified sales leads, execute strategies to engage prospects, and build relationships that turn into real sales opportunities. This internship provides a unique opportunity to dive into the world of Sales, Marketing, and Sales Development, while sharpening your skills in prospecting and outreach. Based in our Alpharetta office, this short-term internship not only gives insight into how our sales development team supports our global business, but also lets you actively contribute to the process. Responsibilities

  • Learn the basics of our product lines and understand how companies use our solutions to benefit their business and drive success.
  • Gain an understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and different Personas that leverage our solution and perform ERP evaluations.
  • Partner with the Sales Development team to identify and qualify potential leads and prospects within our target market.
  • Research accounts and work directly with our Sales Development team funneling prospect accounts to the ADRs for outreach and conversion into sales opportunities.
  • Master cold and warm outreach tactics used in business development to prepare yourself for starting your career as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Work alongside Marketing to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Bring your own ideas to the table, helping optimize our Sales Development process for greater efficiency and success.
