The role involves developing key points of sales to expand the exclusive dealer channel and identifying potential non-telecom shops to develop into points of sale (POS). The candidate will perform fieldwork and maintain a close 'Face to Face' relationship with the sales channels, specifically the exclusive dealers. Responsibilities include planning activities for dealers, monitoring channel activities in compliance with established processes and procedures, and ensuring that the Ooredoo brand is well-optimized inside outlets. The role also requires reporting any shortages related to merchandising and ensuring price stability among the network to avoid dumping prices. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by maximizing order volume and ensuring post-paid target achievements. Daily follow-up on key outlets' stock of top-up and SIM cards is also required, along with providing market feedback related to Ooredoo products and campaigns as well as competitor feedback.
