About The Position

A growing boutique design and manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Development Associate to support a consultative, project-driven sales process serving the architecture, construction, and design (AEC) market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, client relationships, and the built environment while working closely with experienced sales leaders in a collaborative, people-first setting. About the Team We’re a boutique design and manufacturing company where people genuinely know each other, collaborate daily, and learn by doing. Our team is small enough that your work is visible and your contributions matter — but experienced enough to offer meaningful mentorship and guidance. You’ll work directly with seasoned sales professionals, designers, and product experts who enjoy teaching, sharing context, and helping teammates grow. This is not a large, layered organization where work disappears into a system. It’s a hands-on, collaborative environment where you can clearly see how projects move from concept to completion. If you’re looking for a place to learn, contribute, and build real relationships, this team offers that experience. About the Role As a Sales Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting active sales opportunities and helping projects move smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how products are specified, quoted, and sold into real-world construction and design projects. This role offers strong training, direct access to senior team members, and clear growth potential for someone interested in building a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.
