This is a remote position and a key hire for the Sales Development organization. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Development and partners closely with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and RevOps. This position requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, lead research, customer research, or a similar role where accuracy, consistency, and judgment matter. The candidate should be surgical with details, strong at research and critical thinking, and comfortable working through ambiguous inputs to produce clean, usable outputs. They take pride in bringing order, structure, and process where it can help drive rigor and generate stronger outcomes.
