About The Position

Sales Associate – Omnicell Sales Development Program Location: Remote in the USA, high preference for candidates residing on MST or Western USA. You’ll work alongside experienced Sales Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, Nurse Consultants, Marketing, and Field Sales teams—earning the skills, insights, and confidence to move into future Sales Development or Field Sales roles. What You’ll Do You will complete a structured training and development pathway that blends classroom learning, hands‑on field experience, and real customer interaction. Your responsibilities span five critical areas (20% each): Field Sales Development Observe and support the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to close. Participate in on‑site workflow assessments and meetings to understand how hospitals operate and make purchasing decisions. Support field sales with business planning, quoting, and contracting activities. Lead Generation & Call Campaigns Conduct outbound prospecting to Directors and C‑Suite leaders using a consultative approach. Leverage call guides to conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects for Omnicell solutions. Manage your quota and pipeline with disciplined follow‑up and CRM accuracy. Product Demonstrations & Trade Shows Lead high‑impact product demonstrations at regional events and national trade shows. Support Field Marketing initiatives and represent Omnicell solutions with confidence and clarity. Assist with Customer Briefing Tours by showcasing product value and capabilities. Direct Selling & New Business Development Research, prepare, and deliver customer‑focused presentations tailored to stakeholder needs. Build strong customer relationships through face‑to‑face engagement and strategic conversations. Partner with field sales to advance key opportunities and strengthen account strategies. Contracting, Pricing & Sales Operations Support Provide pricing, proposal, and contract support to field sales teams. Develop fluency with internal Finance, Legal, and Operations processes. Participate in implementation activities to learn Omnicell’s Implementation & Product Optimization Methodology. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Internship, part‑time role, or academic project completed within a corporate environment.
