About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator to join our growing team. The Sales Development Administrator (SDA) supports the dealership’s sales, marketing, and customer-experience operations through consistent inventory management, event coordination, digital content creation, administrative support, and cross-department collaboration. This role ensures accurate online inventory representation, strong community engagement, and smooth operational flow across the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Photography & Online Presentation Daily–Weekly Responsibilities: Photograph all new and used inventory upon arrival; all units must be fully photographed by end of business every Saturday. If a unit cannot be photographed, immediately notify the GM, SDM, and SM with the reason and expected completion date. Re-photograph all aged inventory: New units aged 200+ days Used units aged 100+ days Staging units for photos is encouraged but not required. Upload, label, and maintain photo sets to ensure online listings remain accurate and appealing. Condition Reporting Requirement: If, during photography or inventory review, you identify damage, repair needs, odor/smell issues, or cleanliness concerns, you must send an email to the SDM, SM, GM, Service Manager, and Ops Manager containing: Stock number Detailed description of the issue(s) observed Exact lot location of the unit This ensures timely corrective action and prevents missed sales opportunities.
  • SDR Packets & Inventory Data Management Weekly Responsibilities: Create and maintain SDR packets for all new and used units. Enter and update unit information in Salesforce with complete accuracy. Use IDS to enter all features and options for used units. Assist in new unit check-ins during peak arrival seasons (especially summer).
  • Digital Marketing & Facebook Management Weekly Responsibilities: Create and publish weekly Facebook posts highlighting inventory, sales events, dealership updates, and specials. Build and manage Facebook events for promotions and community outreach activities. Capture and post reels, short videos, walkthroughs, and helpful educational content. Ensure all online content aligns with dealership branding and messaging approved by the SDM. Monitor and respond to engagement under dealership communication guidelines.
  • Event Planning, Execution & Community Outreach Ongoing Weekly Responsibilities: Assist the SDM in planning, staging, setting up, and tearing down dealership events. Support the creation of community outreach programs, strengthening local partnerships and brand presence. Help plan and coordinate staff appreciation events, ensuring all activities stay within approved budgets.
  • Staff & Dealership Support Weekly Activities: Plan, coordinate, and pick up Saturday lunch for staff each week within the established budget. Provide reception desk coverage as needed, ensuring professional customer interaction and operational consistency. Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support sales, BDC, and dealership leadership.
  • Communication, Organization & Accountability Weekly Expectations: Maintain timely communication with GM, SDM, and SM regarding inventory photography, delays, staging needs, or operational challenges. Ensure that all condition-reporting emails regarding repairs or odors are complete and sent immediately. Keep internal logs and data up to date to support the dealership’s sales and marketing efforts. Consistently demonstrate reliability, strong time management, and high attention to detail.
